### Token Value Capture Model (TVC)

Alpha Impact's TVC model integrates both Subscription and Revenue Sharing components to create sustainable value for all participants.

#### Subscription Model

Traders can set monthly subscription fees in either:

* USDT (Tether)
* FOLO Points
* FOLO Balance

#### Default Platform Fee Structure

* USDT denominated subscriptions: **50%** platform fee
* FOLO denominated subscriptions: **30%** platform fee

### Multiplier Mechanism

Alpha Impact plans to implement a Multiplier Mechanism that enhances Traders' Revenue Share Ratio (RSR) by reducing the Default Platform Fee through incorporating various multiplier factors, ultimately helping them to retain a larger portion of their subscription revenue.

Let's follow Trader A who qualifies for:

1. Top 3 Trader (Binance Spot): **2%**
2. High Trade Volume: **1%**
3. FOLO Revenue Share Pool: **5%**
4. High Daily Logins: **1%**

**Total RSR Calculation:**

* Base RSR (FOLO payments): 70%
* Additional Multipliers: 9% (2% + 1% + 5% + 1%)
* Final Revenue Share: **79%**

This mechanism rewards active participation and positive contributions to the Alpha Impact ecosystem through increased revenue share percentages.

#### Alpha Impact's Revenue

All the [platform fees ](#platform-fee)collected from Individual Subscription will be collected and utilized by Alpha Impact to support:

## Token Burn Mechanism

FOLO token employs a **deflationary** model, ensuring its scarcity and value appreciation over time. With regular burns of 1 million FOLO per month being done via a smart contract burn function, a portion of the circulating supply is systematically removed from circulation, reducing overall token supply. This process helps maintain a healthy balance between supply and demand, enhancing the token's value.

Whenever a burn is completed, an official announcement is made on [Alpha Impact](https://app.alphaimpact.fi/) that specifies the amount of FOLO tokens that were burned, together with a link to the transaction on Etherscan. &#x20;

### Effective Token Distribution

As of **September 2025,** here is a breakdown of key wallets, vesting detail and disbursements.

All wallets are now fully vested. However, only a fraction of the vested tokens have been disbursed, traded and influence the market price. We have deliberately taken measures to significantly limit the effective circulating supply compared to the vested/unlocked distribution. This approach creates greater scarcity of tokens in the market, enhancing their value through demand and supply dynamics.

The only exceptions are the private sale and public sale wallets which have been fully disbursed since 2022 Dec. We will also continue to burn 3M tokens from the LP wallet every quarter to increase scarcity and reduce the total supply.&#x20;
