As a non-custodial platform, we do not hold your funds. When you link your portfolio on Alpha Impact via API key and secret generated from your chosen centralized exchange (such as Binance or KuCoin), your funds remain on the exchange.
It's important to note that only API keys with trade permissions enabled through the exchange will allow Alpha Impact to execute trades on your behalf. Without these permissions, there is no risk of Alpha Impact accessing or altering your funds.
We encourage users to whitelist our IP addresses in their API keys in order to restrict the API keys' usage to our platform's services only.
